Very convenient for UTHSC students. It's literally minutes from campus (I only drive 3 blocks to my parking lot for school) and even close to Beale St and all nightlife by the river or in Midtown and Overton Square. The office staff and maintenance guys are superb! If you are about walking to school, it's close enough to do that! I've never had any issues with anything. They really do take care of you here! Very nice property! They offer a ton of floor plans so I'm sure you can find a floor... plan that fits you! There's a pool and gym onsite, gated property, dog run, dog wash, business center, covered parking and so much more!!! Come make the Bristol your new home! You won't regret it! If you are hesitant about moving to downtown Memphis because of the safety, I have never felt unsafe around the apartment. I come back to the apt very late at night after studying and still feel safe. We've got a super security guard who walks around the complex making sure everything is ok all through the night.
Make your move to the Bristol. I dare you. You will not regret it.

The Place to Rent in Downtown Memphis!
Looking for an apartment near UTHSC campus? Just 0.5 miles away. Nearly immediate response to maintenance issues. Covered parking, gated access, security guard patrol, recycling, a relaxing pool area, business center, gym, and the most phenomenal office staff you can imagine!! I love living at The Bristol on Union!!!
