Poor

If you like Roaches, Mold, card keys instead of door keys. The elevator works periodically. Don't expect a deposit return. Dust removal is a daily routine. Seniors beware

3 Year Tenant

I've lived here 3 years now. Its close to some of the best parts of Memphis and is still very quiet. The one bedroom is spacious. Parking is easy. The staff is amazing, especially the woman that runs the office.
