Move-In Date Requirements

We can only hold apartments for up to three weeks and within the current calendar month. You must be able to move within three weeks of application approval, and the move-in date cannot extend into the following month. If you are not planning to move during the same month your application is submitted, we will be unable to hold the apartment, even with a deposit. If the apartment remains available the following month, we can then move forward with a tour, deposit, and lease signing. Move-ins must occur no later than the 30th in a 31-day month or the 29th in a 30-day month
