The staff have been incredibly helpful and super friendly from the start! They are very informative with regular property updates and monthly newsletters. Going through the initial move-in went very smoothly. Maintenance requests are met very quickly and they’ll give a detailed report as well. The neighborhood itself is regularly maintained and really nice. Overall, the renting process has been easily navigable, interacting with staff is always a good experience, and living in this neighborhood... has been such a pleasure!

Excellent Property and Apartment
We’ve really enjoyed living at Cottages at Cades Cove. The community is well kept, peaceful, and feels like a place you can actually call home. The staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever we’ve needed anything, and you can tell they care about the residents and the property.
One of the things we appreciate most is how comfortable and welcoming the community feels. It’s nice coming home to a place that is clean, quiet, and taken care of. Overall, we’ve had a great experience here and... would definitely recommend Cottages at Cades Cove to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Love our apartment in the Cottages at Cades Cove!
Like another recent reviewer, we’re very happy to be long-term residents in the community! We divide our time between our apartment here and our Florida residence. Occasionally we’ve had to call on the property management to check on our apartment during a weather event while we’re away. They have always responded to our requests promptly, with courtesy and — importantly — with follow-up messages. Knowing we can count on the managers and the capable and courteous maintenance staff gives us... incredible peace of mind, whether we’re here or away. Without exception, the Property Manager and her staff all somehow exercise their responsibilities with impeccable professionalism and competence, while creating a genuinely friendly and welcoming atmosphere for their residents. These are rare qualities to find anywhere in our experience! And the residents seem to respond to that atmosphere in kind. Whether at an organized community event, or on a walk around the immaculately maintained grounds, the residents are invariably friendly and courteous. The complex’s location, amenities, and layout first attracted us to this beautiful place — the community atmosphere lovingly maintained by the managers and staff keeps us here in our apartment home.

We loved the Cottages! The office staff were amazing and always super helpful. They always loved on our dog Metro! The grounds, pool area, and gym were great and well maintained. We loved living here and made a lot of friends along the way! Highly recommend these apartments!
