Property manager doesn’t maintenance property well looks nice in the pictures but when you actually start seeing all the problems and addressing them, they will never get fixed or they will get fixed not the proper way

I lived here a few years back. The move in process was easy and efficient but after getting in the apartment I understand why. Our apartment was INFESTED WITH ROACHES. I’ve never lived like that in my life. The first night there we killed over 60 roaches in our apartment. We never unpacked our things and left our clothes in our car in fear of them being in everything. We were told we would have to get outside people to spray our apartment and that the condition of the infestation would have to... be a bombing, we had nowhere to go to get this done. The cleaning lady was in the apartment cleaning as we were moving in...this was my worst experience in Nashville tbh, we eventually had to go to the office and demand and threaten to get our money back. this was my first ever experience in an apartment and i am severely disappointed. the assistant MANAGER said this apartment would be ready for us and it wasnt. not only was it still dirty we found the furnace without a filter, mold in the bathroom, painted over spiders and roaches and even an AQUAFINA BOTTLE because obviously they were too lazy to clean up first. there is evidence left from roaches on doorframes, the floor is uneven the cabinets and drawers are falling apart. in our first 2... weeks here we have called emergency maintenance more times than i can count. and then maintenance takes forever to get t
here when we have a flooding apartment. thats ridiculous. if you are thinking about moving here dont. because thats the tip of the iceberg for this place. ive put a complaint in with codes especially since we are not the only ones going through this. people should not be afraid to write reviews because of retaliation. no apartment complex should make their residents feel the way that this place does. I would recommend it to friends or family but warn them about the maintenance. They are prompt to respond but you have to tell them not to leave mess ( footprints, leave your bathroom rug all dirty and after fixing a plug leave dust or pieces of plastic or metal on the floor) in your house.
