ive been here a few years due to low income . doesnt give you a lot of options. there are no extras, pool, etc. This is a budget apartment place. Office staff and maintenance have always been friendly and fix things as needed. It is a bit on the noisy side, like you can hear your neighbors thru the walls and floor if your upstairs and when people come thru the hallways. At night hasnt been bad. people have been mostly quiet. i know a few people who have live here for years. The place is... having NEW management taking over April 1st. All present staff is being replaced so I dont know how this will be going forward. Its also becoming a income restricted or based apts.

Hampton Terrace
Is now the hood and my family and I need a bigger and safe place to live. There is mold and rotted wood and big grass hoppers come through holes in the wall. The hallways are dirty and they stink.
