This place is just a big hole in the wall being covered with a nice sticker
the buildings are old, the pipes are rusty and awful, most of the buildings have water damage, the dumpsters are always cluttered and then have the audacity to tell tenants to not leave garbage outside cause it causes “ animals and bugs to show up” wish i could upload a picture of the dumpster, this place is so bad that they removed it from the google searches

Terrible place don’t care about their tenants
Since GVA has taken over it’s been nothing but down hill. There’s roaches rats. Water issues that have been happening since the beginning of the year. I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone. Honestly it should be tire down

Nice place
I have lived here for 2 years, the new owners are making big improvements and the newly remodeled units are really nice. It is quiet here and now i can catch the bus line here at the end of the road. The new manager is great and very helpful. I would recommend living here.

Property Is Nice
I am new to the apartments, but so far i really like it here. They are easy to work with, my apartment is nice, and i am so close to everything. Downtown is minutes away. Also, i can have my pet with me. They have pet areas and supply the baggies. People have been very nice that live by me. I would recommend them.
