This place has a major bug problem no matter how many times the exterminator comes in. Horrible parking situation. Laundry room is gross and not even big enough for how big north park is. The amenities isn’t the best either. The workers do nothing about noise complaints either say they’re on top of it and still nothing. Horrible with communication with different things going on in our building.

Communication needs to be from tenant and apt manager. But whwn there is make sure its not full of promises to fix things. Stayed here for 3 yrs so that shows you i paid my rent but was still neglected. Its my fault for being patient but don't make it your fault.or waste your time applying!

I have lived in these apartment for about a year. The spring after we moved in the unit, was in the middle of lady bug season. The unit became infested with ladybugs. Management did see the problem. Then we started getting bedbugs and roaches. At least n other unit in our building also had bedbugs. Took the management about 6 months to get an exterminator to take of the bedbugs. We do still have roaches. They have no urgency on maintenance issues. Pretty our ceiling fan is one shake/... tap away from falling. When our bathtub faucet started to leak, it took almost 5 weeks for maintenance to fix, and they tried to but extra usage on our water bill. They have no amenities to speak of in our unit. Does not have central heating and air, no in unit washer/dryer hookups, Onsite laundry facility is more expensive than off site facilities, no dishwasher, no pool, no parking near your unit, our unit has very weak locks. We routinely hear gunshots close by, and the police and EMTs are always getting called. They have a couple swingsets however. And rent is too high considering what you get.
