My wife and I moved in around June of 2025, and I can honestly say this has been the best experience we’ve ever had living in an apartment. Not only is the property incredibly beautiful, with several fun courtyards and lounge areas to hang out – but the property management team has gone out of their way to make sure we are comfortable and well taken care of.

They are incredibly kind and supportive with any requests we’ve had. The sense of community here is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced... in an apartment, which makes living here so much more enjoyable.

Livano hosts several events for residents each month, which has been a lot of fun and has allowed us to meet and make new friends, especially since we’re from out of town and didn’t know anyone when we arrived.

Livano Knoxville has been an amazing place to call home. Amenities are great, and there’s so many different places to hangout on property like courtyards and the skydeck. The management team has been fantastic with communication. Any issues I have are fixed immediately after talking with Jacob, and my maintenance request was completed in less than a day. I have noticed how much the staff wants to welcome me and make me feel like I belong here, and it has really allowed me to call Livano a home.

Being Knoxvilles first true Life Style community Livano Knoxville clearly hit the bar on every detail. The 2 story clubhouse with Mezzanine, 2 story fitness center, multiple courtyards, co working spaces, market with almost everything imaginable, interior and exterior sky-deck, and even a dedicated coffee shop exclusively available for residents every day. There is no need to really ever need to leave the community.

The staff is one of the main reason I decided to lease and the reason I will continue to lease for years to come no matter the cost. you really can't put a price on the exceptional environment the office staff has created at Livano. i can attest that Jacob is the best manager I have ever had. I have lived here since the community opening in May of 2025 and I can hands down say that this is the best community I have ever lived at. The staff is super helpful, Jacob, Lauren, Kelsea and their new addition Alex are so wonderful and such a breath of fresh air when I walk through the office.
