Really nice place with amazing amenities. Area is super cozy! The furniture is very nice and the office staff is amazing! I’m excited to get settled in and stay here for awhile!

My son is going on his third and last year at University Park. From what I can tell there is a ton of community engagements, the price is so much less due to being over the bridge and though my son has a truck, he utilizes the trolly to and from campus. Anytime there has been a concern that needed maintenance or roommate hiccup, the management team responds in a reasonable amount of time. Quiet, clean, SAFE, great staff and location!!!! I lived on the 3rd floor with high ceilings and away from any noise or aggravation. Maintenence crew and Julia (office manager) and Tara, Eric are really helpful!!!!
