The office staff is super friendly and helpful whenever I stop by. Maintenance team is quick too - had my AC fixed same day I put in the request during that hot spell we had in July. Really like the wooded area behind my building, makes it feel more private than other complexes I looked at.

Nice apartments and the community is quiet. Only wish there were more guest parking spots available on weekends when people have visitors over. But overall been a positive experience living here for the past 8 months and would recommend to friends.

We moved from out of state for my husbands job and Hillside Place has been wonderful. The neighborhood feels safe, apartments are spacious with good closet space, and management has been really responsive anytime we've needed anything. Love that its close to Ijams Nature Center for hiking on the weekends!
