From the beginning, everything was smooth and welcoming. The property is clean, well-maintained, and very peaceful, making it a comfortable place for both individuals and families. One of our favorite features was the beautiful backyard area—it’s a perfect space to relax, spend time with family, and enjoy some fresh air.

The office staff deserve special recognition. They are... incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Their communication is clear and respectful, and they genuinely care about the residents. It made a big difference for us to feel supported throughout our stay.

We also appreciated the small but thoughtful details, like the complimentary sweets and snacks in the office. These gestures may seem simple, but they create a very warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home.

Maintenance was responsive and efficient whenever needed, and the overall environment of the community always felt safe and well-managed.

I lived here for some time and wanted to share a few concerns for future renters.

There were ongoing maintenance issues, including HVAC reliability. The windows also didn’t seem well-sealed—you could hear wind coming through, and during colder months it made the apartment noticeably drafty. This likely contributed to higher-than-expected electric bills.

Maintenance was generally responsive and replied quickly, which I appreciated.

I’d also recommend carefully reviewing the lease terms and... documenting everything, as there may be charges or deductions at move-out that aren’t obvious at first.

The main positive is the location—it’s very convenient and close to many stores and essentials.

I love living at deane hill! It’s location is amazing and you can’t beat the price! I’ve been here 8 months and have loved every minute of it. The property is kept clean and parking is so easy. The office staff and maintenance team is top notch! The property manager and the assistant property manager are super nice and you can tell they really love what they do! I hope they never leave!! The maintenance team is also super nice! When my garage disposal was acting up they came out and fixed it... that day! I would definitely recommend living here to all my friends and family! Disgusting apartments. The website and apps show new updated apartments, or just nicer cleaner apartments, but they are far from it. Bugs coming from every corner. Hella roaches inside and outside. We complained to the office & they admitted they were aware of the apartments conditions. They said “we can refinish the tubs if you want but it’ll take a day or two”.
