I’ve really enjoyed living here and have had such a positive experience! Everyone is incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The property manager is super nice, approachable, and always easy to work with. The maintenance team is also wonderful—they’re friendly, responsive, and take care of requests in a timely manner.
The amenities are always clean and well maintained, and if something does need to be fixed, the staff is quick to take care of it. We moved to Knoxville in early July from out of state for my husband’s job, and the whole move-in process was incredibly easy. We were able to sign our lease virtually before we arrived, which was a HUGE help. After a long move, being able to pull right in and get into our apartment without any extra hoops to jump through was amazing!

We’ve had no problems since moving in. I’ve only put in one maintenance request, and I even marked it as low priority—they still came out that same day! It ended... up being a super easy fix, but I was really impressed with how quickly they responded.

We also love the amenities! The lounge is a great place to escape—I mean, work quietly—when our apartment with four kiddos gets a little too lively. The pool is great, the hours are really convenient, and we’ve had a lot of fun with the golf simulator too.

My only “complaint” is something they really can’t do anything about: our mailbox is on the very top row, and I can’t see inside it. Short girl problems.

We signed a lease to live at Ardmore on June 18, 2026. We were told we could not move in until June 23 because they had to do their “sparkle” clean, so the unit would be ready for move-in. When we arrived on June 23, the unit was FILTHY. There were dead bugs everywhere, mud stains and green gunk all over the floors, dirt and dust that you wouldn’t believe. The air filter for the furnace/AC was a year old. My wife and I spent two days cleaning the mess they left us with. When we asked to be... compensated financially for our time and effort, they told us,”No, we could have cleaned it if you would have let us.” The thing is, we were expecting a little bit of tidying up, and we were prepared to do that. Unfortunately, once we started really cleaning, we realized the place was filthy. I have photos to show how bad it was. There is no excuse for the apartment we walked into. It was an absolute nightmare. We were not compensated.

When we signed the lease we SPECIFICALLY asked under what circumstances they would EVER enter our apartment without giving us a 24-hour notice. The site manager stated our residence would ONLY be entered for EMERGENCY situations such as a fire or flood without a 24-hour notice. We agreed that was completely reasonable. However, at 12:15 p.m. on July 2, we received an email that at 9:14 a.m. (three hours prior) the maintenance staff had entered our apartment WITHOUT a 24-hour notice and WITHOUT our consent to replace four AA batteries on a deadbolt lock. They labeled the maintenance repair as an “EMERGENCY” in our email notification so they could enter our residence. This was NOT an “EMERGENCY.” The locks are able to lock and unlock with this crazy invention called a KEY. Keys have been around since 2000 BC. We should have received a 24-hour notice that staff were going to enter our residence and we did not. I contacted the Knox County Sheriff’s Office, and the deputy that I filed the police report with said it was completely uncalled for that they entered my residence for a non-emergency. My privacy and my family’s privacy were completely violated at The Ardmore at Prosperity. I should add, I have asked the site manager if I can speak with a corporate district manager twice now and I have still not received a phone call from anyone.

If you do not want to live in filth and you value your privacy, do NOT sign a lease with Ardmore at Prosperity. Do not let the pretty amenities draw you in. Learn from my mistake. Read More
