The kitchen includes: granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and stainless steel finishes,... as well as a small in-kitchen dining area (you will need a smaller table to fit the space). Appliances provided: a mid-sized fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal and microwave.

Laundry area is located in the bathroom. There is currently a washer and dryer in the unit available to use if you'd like rent them for an additional $50 a month. If you have your own washer/dryer then you may use the hook-ups, and we will remove the appliances before move-in. This unit has 2 assigned parking spaces right in front of the apartment. No smoking, no pets allowed. Utilities, wifi and landscaping are the responsibility of the tenant. High speed wifi internet is already installed ($50/mo.), landscaping can be taken care of by the tenant or can be handled by the owners for $25 monthly. It is a very small grassy area with shrubs lining the entrance.
