All Income must be from a verifiable source and 3 X’s the rent in take-home, net pay. Bank statements are required to verify your pay stubs via direct deposit. We do require extensive background and credit check required. All fees are upfront and transparent - No application fee but a $36  background check fee per adult (2- adults maximum in the unit)

Animal residents such as small dogs and cats under 40 lbs. may apply along with their humans. Please understand, we love all animals but our insurance requires non-aggressive breeds. Additional Fees and Requirements Apply, such as a $40 monthly pet fee for each pet and a $400 pet deposit.

If you love the apartment and are approved we will hold the home for you for 24 hours. First months Rent or Prorated Rent to include security deposit is due immediately.

The base security deposit will be equal to one month’s rent. You may be asked to provide additional proof of financial responsibility depending on your credit score.
