I respected how comfortable and respectful the Property Manager was. I’m super excited about the happen-stance of us meeting face to face. She even had multiple units that looked just about move in ready enough for me to say yes on the spot and I’m very particular where I live. So for one bad review I will comment my experience that caused me to again so yes. Living is not about just paying it it’s a home and safety haven for some people and if there any issues, every state has its tenants... rights but it’s only works if you work it.

not managed well
the apartments would be a nice place to live if they had time to paint and clean them the one we lived in it took 2 years to get the closet doors hung were they went . they need to do a better check on them we sit and watched ever day someone selling drugs in front of our apartment and there was never anything done we couldnt let the kids out to play for the drug dealings

All units are professionally painted and cleaned (including carpet) between every resident. All work orders are completed within a 30 day time frame. We take our resident's safety seriously and when illegal activities are taking place on the property... , the residents are empowered to call the local police department and we encourage our residents to do so as we are not on the property at all times. We always want our residents to have a safe home and we together we can accomplish a great environment for all of our families!
