This unit is approximately 2,200 total square feet spread across four floors (including the garage and floored attic) with approx. 1,100 livable square feet. Our units were... built using quality craftsmanship back in 1983. Since then, we have updated and renovated the interior. Our tenants often comment that they love the location of our units, since they are conveniently located near many medical centers, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and educational facilities (such as science hill high school and the university, ETSU). Owner pays for trash pickup. However, tenants pay their own utilities (electricity, water, cable, internet). We prefer long term renters, 1 year minimum contract.
