I would like to say regarding our community there is no togetherness. New management has made attempts at bringing the the tenants together. I’ve lived here for years. There was no pool for three years when I moved in there was a security gate two years later, no security gate. Was told, it wouldn’t affect their rent. But I thought that was part of the security of the complex and part of the rent. For safety. We’re paying three times for garage removal that usually is overloaded with garbage... furniture. There were times where it stayed there three days. Before someone picked it up and cleaned up the area. There are a lot of things regarding maintenance that are awful. In the past and recently. You need to screen your maintenance people better.

There's gun fire at night. There are FREQUENT breaks and vandalism to vehicles because management refuses to fix the gate they advertise as a feature of the complex. There's black mold, and now we have cockroaches/pests.
