New owners don't care about fixing or maintaining current tenants units, only about remodeling and jacking up the rent. Maintenance requests go ignored for weeks. Office staff is rude and snarky when you bring up issues. Pest issues, have seen roaches in common areas and heard rats within the walls.

Ridgeside apartments.
The last community manager wasn't that great. But the new community manager is very nice, understanding, and listen to your needs. Glad to see the improvements being made to the site. Hopefully more to come.

The complex is slightly run down but overall good. Management has been friendly. The dog park is very convenient and neighbors with pets are respectful.

We have been here for long time been through many different owner company. It has gone down hill over the past few years. We pay way too much for the condition of this place no upgrades nothing. Location is nice but that’s about it now.
