He is licensed for 38 years and started his business in Pleasanton, California, with offices both there, and in the Nashville area, for three years (2004-2007) while transitioning into Tennessee. Matt shared his dad’s passion for contracting and worked in construction during high school summers, through college and beyond for a few years, until he met his sister’s father-in-law, who introduced him to real estate.
