Management is flat out useless. Try calling, emailing, or getting anything handled and you’ll see what I mean. Nobody answers, nobody calls back, and nothing actually gets done. It feels like you’re just ignored unless it benefits them.

What’s crazy is they’ll send out messages acting strict about rules, but don’t even follow them themselves. There’s zero professionalism. You’ll literally see management walking around like they don’t even care, while residents are trying to get basic issues... handled and can’t even get a response.

And the amenities? Don’t expect much. The fire pit got destroyed and never replaced. The “car wash” never works because the hose is always gone. The dog park is tiny and constantly disgusting because nobody enforces anything.

This a quite, clean, and well cared for place to live. The office and maintenance staff is friendly and you have an excellent mix of families, single people, and retired. The mix of people insures that it never get to loud at any time even without the required quite times each night. This is a pet friendly complex and there are a good number of dogs at any given time. Pet owners all tend to know each other from daily walks around the complex or on the river green way that runs just behind the... complex and one of the three excellent dog parks within a 20 min. drive. Big Station Elementary, Middle, and High School are right next door which can lead to some traffic in the morning or afternoon but it is not enough to make getting out of the complex difficult. The local fire station is also right up the road past the schools and a Kroger is about 1 1/2 miles down the road in the opposite direction. There is a standard apartment complex car wash, play ground, gym, and pool. Nothing spectacular but they are kept clean and in excellent condition. I moved here in July of this year. I have looked at a lot of apartments in the Gallatin area and I kept going back to this one. The staff is Awesome!! Very friendly and helpful! You call the office with any problems and they are Johnny on the spot with resolving your problem. The Maintenance men are Great!!! The property is Beautiful and very well maintained. I don't have any problems with the neighbors around me. Everyone seems very nice and personable.
