It's a nice place to live. Some people do not follow the rules about garbage and it's not enforced. Some people still break rules at the pool, not enforced. Pool has been very dirty and there are not enough lounge chairs at the pool.

I love living at the harper! It is a wonderful clean peaceful community. I can't wait for summer to hit so that i can use the outdoor pool! I live in a 2 bedroom apartment with my friend and we have been here for 6 months and it has been so great and I hope to live here for a very long time.
