Tom Murray began his real estate career in 1994 in his hometown of Hilton Head Island, where he joined Sea Pines Real Estate Company. After several successful years as an agent, he expanded his expertise by launching a complementary business focused on remodeling and rental properties across the island. With a background in Civil Engineering from Clemson University, Tom seamlessly blended academic insight with hands-on construction experience. By day, he guided clients through the purchase and sale of luxury beachfront homes; by night, he renovated and repositioned coastal condos, resort residences, and investment properties. During his tenure with Sea Pines, Tom developed a specialization in the Sea Crest Oceanfront Resort and North Shore Place communities. He became the youngest recipient of the Hilton Head Island Association of Realtors Distinguished Sales Award and served as Chair of both the Ethics Committee and the Community Service Committee. He also had the rare opportunity to work alongside and learning from visionary land planners and developers, Charles E. Fraser and Robert Graves Jr. After more than a decade of success, Tom had the opportunity to relocate to Middle Tennessee to be apart of the dynamic energy of Nashville’s music industry. In 2004, Tom relocated his young family and settled in Franklin, Tennessee. Over the next decade, he balanced his real estate remodeling business with a career in music management. He found himself working with some of the biggest names in the entertainment business, managing artists, planning national tours, owning and operating tour buses, and becoming an integral part of several reality television series. During his time in the Entertainment Industry Tom was able to secure major sponsorships with nationally recognized brands, including Firestone, LifeLock, BraunAbility, and Adidas. In 2014, real estate once again became his primary full-time occupation and quickly re-established himself as a top producer., securing a position in the Top 10 at the Parks Historic Downtown Franklin office. His unique background in entertainment has proven invaluable in serving a high-profile clientele, including Grammy Award winning artists, musicians, and producers, where discretion, trust, and professionalism are essential. Today, Tom serves as a trusted advisor with an expanded focus on land development and emerging markets throughout the Southeast. He holds real estate licenses in Tennessee, Alabama and Florida and regularly travels with clients to identify strategic investment opportunities. To better support his growing network, he has established a second base in South Florida in 2023. Tom’s three decades of experience offers a rare combination of market intelligence, perspective, and steady guidance. His depth of knowledge allows him to anticipate challenges, uncover hidden value, and navigate complex transactions with clarity and confidence. Whether representing luxury homes, investment portfolios, or land acquisitions, Tom delivers thoughtful strategy, skilled negotiation, and consistently elevated results. Tom is a multi-year recipient of the Greater Nashville Realtors Association Awards of Excellence Diamond Award and was honored with Lifetime Status in 2025, one of the organization’s highest distinctions. Outside of his professional life, Tom enjoys fishing, golfing, and driving Porsches. He values time with his family, giving back to his community, and spending time at his second home in Pompano Beach, Florida
