Not the old St. John’s anymore

We’re really happy with the unit we rented once we heard the place was under new management by Southland group and has new owners. We were curious. We’re very surprised units are completely renovated. Management is super responsive. Development is very clean and safe now.

Much better under the new management

New owners are way more responsive and there are definitely improvements being done I'm seeing units being renovated and they are way better at answering my maintenance requests
