i have reported noise disturbance to office every single month that i have lived here including calling the police...please avoid buidling 7 at all cost...you have been warned...i request lease termination or transfer after 6 months in person and via email with no response...

I’ve had a wonderful experience living here. The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and in a great location. The staff truly goes above and beyond, and Amanda, in particular, has been incredibly helpful and kind. She made the move-in process so smooth and has been a huge support ever since. It’s clear that the management here really cares about creating a positive environment for residents. Highly recommend!

My husband and I toured Velo yesterday and not only were we impressed with how beautiful the community was when we drove up but the staff inside was so warm and professional. I was welcomed and offered a snack and something to drink. The lady named Amanda also pulled a chair out for me. I’ve never had anyone do that in my life and it made me laugh because this type of customer service is far and few between. We will be applying when we move to Memphis at the end of the year and we can’t wait.

A very pretty prison. The minimum Lease terms are outrageously long and to break that lease cost a small fortune. Then after paying a massive amount to finally get out they still try to nickel and dime you on all other small expenses.

We assure you that our team does their best to communicate the terms of the lease with our residents, and we are always happy to answer any questions or... discuss any concerns they may have. The lease terms are listed on the application you fill out as well as the lease agreement that you then subsequently sign prior to moving in. I also looked into your ledger and other than your lease termination fee charged, there were no other final fees other than your final water bill for the water you used during your occupancy. If you have seen anything different, please let us know and we would love to speak with you directly about your thoughts and find a way to improve your impression as much as possible. That said, please feel free to contact us by phone or visit our office at your earliest convenience.
