Great Staff!
We have lived at The Lakes for 4 1/2 years now...the staff is always very responsive when we have an issue. They are kind and polite...always. We can't say enough about the maintenance staff. Will, especially, always makes sure our issues are taken care of. He is so pleasant, even in a water emergency late, late at night!

Awesome Community and Employees!
Richard, the manager, is so nice! He went out of his way to help me set up my TV and internet. It was very kind of him to go out of his way to help an 85 year young lady when she needed it.

Awesome place to live!
This is a wonderful place to call home! The staff is top notch, the grounds are beautiful and well kept, and the apartment itself is very comfortable. You won’t be disappointed living here!

Nice Community!
Lakes of Columbia is a great place to call home! The staff are amazing at their job and always quick to help. Also, the grounds are always neat and clean. My one bedroom home is spacious and meets my needs. I have lived here a long time and do not plan on moving anytime soon. If you are in the market for a short or long term apartment, I highly recommend giving Lakes of Columbia a look!
