I lived at Courtyard Off The Square for 2 years while selling my house. The rent was incredibly reasonable for Collierville, it included trash, water, and sewer so I only had to pay electric, and the lease was month-to-month so once I sold my house I just needed to give a 30-day notice to move out. The apartment was clean, in good repair, and the complex was QUIET. Only 40 units and it was like living in a little neighborhood where you knew your neighbors, everyone looked out for each others... kids, and there were no hassles. My daughter had friends to play with, we enjoyed the pool all summer long both summers we were there, and if something broke in our apartment, Danny came and fixed it right away. Not having lived in an apartment for 13 years I was worried what it would be like for my family but it was a good experience overall. I would highly recommend renting here.
