I've been living here for over a year, and it is one of the better properties I've lived at. The place is clean, and I've even seen the office lady pick up litter from time to time. Office even sends out property wide notices if there are any broad issues and are consistently reliable with maintenance. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love living at Pinebrook! From day one, the experience has been nothing short of amazing. Rebecca is a fantastic manager—so friendly, helpful, and always on top of things. The entire team is professional and genuinely cares about their residents. The property is well-maintained, peaceful, and truly feels like home. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be taken care of and feel comfortable, this is definitely the place to be! Highly recommend!

There is no maintenance man, if they have one he just started a month ago. Everything is the tenants responsibility. The leasing manager and her mother are very unprofessional and running this company to the ground. They are not transparent with who actually owns the property. They have no regard for parking and resident parking. They are very misleading and will say whatever to get you in there but this place isn’t worth the rent price nor the lack of professionalism they provide. 10/10 do not... recommend

Each townhome comes with 2 parking spots available to the tenants.
