The staff here is amazing and super easy to work with, especially the manager Mr. Aaron and Miss Lashonda! When it comes to maintenance by the time you put in a request they are there the next day. It’s affordable and super convenient for military personnel like myself. Overall great experience!

Are these apartments that are perfect and have no issues? No, but are they a good living situation for someone just starting out? 100% yes. If it wasn’t for Jennifer and Mr. Price I’d be in a lot different of a situation then I am. Approval and application process was so fast, and now under new management changes are being made to better improve the quality tenets get. The parking lot has been redone, and almost every apartment I’ve see someone move out of they are very quick to renovate it.... Pest control is on a consistent cycle, so bugs and things of that manner are not a concern. Parking lot is poorly maintained with massive pot holes everywhere, and units are in poor condition at best. Management is rude, unprofessional, and untrustworthy.

I recently just moved out after 15months leaving there. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to no one. For starters, the unit I had was invested with Roaches or “Pest” as they like to call them. Sure other units were too because I saw Pest Control around a lot. The floors and kitchen was outdated. Walls are THIN! You can hear every single from your neighbors; feels like they’re living in the same apartment as you. Parking is unorganized and nobody parks where they’re supposed to. Maintenance... actually comes through in a timely manner with requests and the new management is better than the old one. Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant living condition and I hated every minute of living there. Only stayed that long because of leasing obligations and corona making it hard to rent elsewhere. Read More
