Do NOT block driveway. Answers to commonly asked questions: —Before you schedule, ensure that all adults, that will be living at the property, can attend the showing together on the same day and time. —We are not currently accepting Section 8 or THDA housing vouchers. —The home is available for immediate occupancy. We do not show property more than 60 days outside your planned move. —We do not hold properties without an approved application and deposit. —We do not require an application with your personal information, or any money up front to view the property. —We do not rent “sight unseen”. —We do not have a set income or credit score requirement but a simple application that may be filled out after viewing the property in person. —Animals are allowed on a case by case basis with animal rent and fees to be discussed individually at the showing.
