These apartments have some great views of signal mountain - wow! It’s lovely to walk around in the evening with my dog at sunset. Great community, friendly staff in the office.

Ms. Tonya in the office is so patient and goes way above and beyond for people, I highly recommend speaking with her! The property itself is beautiful, green, and so quiet which is important with the city popping up and swallowing up the green spaces so they can squeeze every ounce of cash out of each square inch. Thank you, Ms. Tonya and Hawthorne for trying to maintain some green space for us all to enjoy!

Tonya has been a true blessing to work with. We really appreciate all shes done! The property is beautiful and my family loves how much space there is to walk around. We don't feel on top of our neighbors and can take a family walk past the pool and dog park. The location is perfect and super easy to access the highway and downtown. Thank you so much Tonya!!

I’ll never tell someone don’t move somewhere because that might be the only place you can go. For me that was the case and I regret not going to live on UTC campus, or moving out of town to stay with relatives, or even sleeping in my car would have been better than the hassle I’ve dealt with.

This summer it was over 100 degrees multiple days
-my air was broken almost all summer, I almost died in my apartment because it was so hot, I was rushed to an urgent care it was that bad.

During the... winter my heat/ gas malfunctioned I was evacuated from my house for hours in the cold, that was in 2021 I think…. It’s 11/4/2022 and they are just replacing my furnace.

All repairs are being done now that I’ve stated I’m moving out. This is not the place to be and people running this should be personally ashamed of themselves.
