I lived here for 3 years. I couldn’t afford to move. When I first moved in the owner was great. He did his best to keep up with issues. But I guess since everything was falling apart he sold to get out. After he sold no one could reach a landlord. I had severe mold. My ceiling once caved in. My air went out. They would hound people about getting their rent but never do anything about the mold, or other problems. Notorious for ignoring phone calls. I have friends who are still forced to live... there and say it’s even worse. The apartments and people who run it are a disgrace.
