One of the first 4 people to move in, lots of problems to begin with but somewhat expected. Unfortunately things have gotten worse, the last two years have not been a good experience.

My husband and I have lived at Ashford Villas almost 5 years was one of the first people to move in! Been through several property managers and a couple new owners! This last one Ram Partners has been the worse! The upkeep here has turned horrible! We pay a lot of money to live in a run down place! If it weren’t for the fact we love it being like having your own home and not an apartment we would be gone in a second! Pool is always filthy because a robot vacuum is used that doesn’t get the 4... corners of pool, bathrooms at pool don’t get cleaned as often as needed , flowerbeds never get worked on, pet stations are normally over flowing with bags of dog poop! I really wish they would make us more classy we are like the red headed step child between the 3 properties they run!

I love how private and peaceful the environment is and Erika has been very informative and responsive! The unit was clean when I moved into it, which made the whole moving process significantly easier.

Wonderful community with kind and supportive neighbors. The campus is peaceful and just the right size. I also love that it’s pet-friendly! The only downside is that some pet owners don’t always clean up after their pets.
