Tara is licensed as a Real Estate Broker in TN and GA and as a Professional Civil Engineer in 11 states. As the Managing Broker of Uptown Firm for the last 8 years and a REALTOR for the last 10+ years she has worked with home buyers, sellers, investors as well as Commercial leasing and for sale properties. She has spent the past 20+ years working as a civil engineer and continues to work in the profession. During her engineering career Tara has provided designs for single and multi-family residential, health care, educational, commercial and industrial site development projects. As a native of Chattanooga Tara knows the area well. She appreciates all this vibrant city offers and is anxious to share it with customers looking to call Chattanooga home. Tara has lived in six states and has firsthand knowledge of the details of relocating. She enjoys walking clients through that process and minimizing the potential stresses involved.
