DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! This apartment complex has a serious roach infestation! You pay for pest control but they rarely come. If you complain the maintenance guy will come spray but it makes the situation worse. I am moving out and will have to throw out a majority of my furniture because I don't want to bring the roaches with me. The laundry room is even infested and roaches will crawl out of the machines. The buildings are old and falling apart. The continually raise rent but do nothing to... improve the units or property. They put sticker flooring down and paint the walls but thats the renovations. It is pet friendly which I love but most of the people don't pick up after their pets. They have small dog park that has so much poop in it that you won't want to let your dog run around in it. This place is terrible. As a current resident of 5+ years it has done nothing but go downhill. The pipes flood. maintenance takes forever to do anything. The cockroaches are here to stay. They do "pest control" once every few months but it does nothing. Current residents are being pushed out so they can upcharge new residents for these terrible apartments. They refuse to do any real improvements on apartments they are already leased basically forcing tenants out. Management has changed hands 5... times in the last 8 months. Leaks on and off for 1.5yrs, no maintenence, takes forever for anything to get temporarily fixed. 20yr old hot water heater with nasty stagnant water, black drips from air vents, mold in bathroom and hall closet, half the outlets dont work the ones that do spark half the time when something is plugged in. Management tries to add little things to make it look somewhat better. Until water pipes and electrical, the major things are fixed its never going to be any better. They have put new doors up... at building entrance yet they don't stay shut there's no handle, it's been at least a month since those were put up. New lights, door handles, faucets were added a few months ago, all crooked or falling down now. You don't like the way things are handled theyll just tell you to move. Read More

Worse place I've ever lived . Infestations, poor ownership, raised rent 30 plus percent in a year. Old nasty moldy outdated apartments. Really just bad . Go to public housing instead (probably cleaner). Also probably safer and healthier....less mold . This is not a review from someone disgruntled....not evicted etc, just a warning.
