Avalon is a wonderful community, and the property manager, Holly Hume, is truly one of a kind! There’s no other place I’d rather call home. I’d highly recommend moving here.

Brand new lux living in Brentwood - this is my home and I impress my friends each time they visit me. The Avalon has premium spaces and fantastic amenities. My dog lives with me and enjoys the extra large balcony facing the pool. There's even a self service dog spa room where he can get a bath - all soap included! The staff are my friends, and I never want to move anywhere else. Maintenance issues are resolved in 2 days max also, so I know I'm in good hands here at Avalon. As far as amenities,... let's talk about the salt water pool, double level fitness rooms -one with fitness on demand and yoga equipment, the other with a full rack of free weights and cardio machines. There's even a laundry dry cleaning service that will pick up my clothes from the building, food trucks monthly to the property parking lot, free doggie treats in the lobby daily, cabanas by the pool and an outdoor grill station! It's a constant vacation living at the Avalon!

I moved into Avalon at Seven Springs a month ago and I have been nothing but completely satisfied with
everything and everyone. Carrie and Lauren, in the leasing office, are friendly and very helpful. The building
design and decor are exquisite, and the fitness room is state of the art. My apartment overlooks the beautiful pool; I'm anxious for spring to make use of it!
