Horrible. Cockroaches, rude unresponsive management and staff and also disrespectful tenants, sketchy area just avoid

If you work at night, I feel bad for you. There’s constant loud music blasting from cars as they come into the apartments. Nighttime is the absolute worse. I have emailed the office, and have even called the curtesy officer. All a bust because it keeps happening. I feel like I’m living in a college town. Lease agreements clearly mean nothing.

My now fiancé and I have been here for 3 years. The area is quiet. It is near a Main Street but there is no traffic noise. You are in the center of everything you need. Grocery stores, fast food, shopping, and a gym. Easy access to interstates. The office staff are friendly and very helpful we have never had an issue we couldn't work out with them. Maintenance needs are taken care of efficiently and promptly. We are in the 1 bedroom 1 bathroom floor plan which offers a lot of space. There are 2... closets in the bedroom one walk in and one standard. As a woman you know which one is mine. When we leased initially and to this day this is the cheapest, but largest floor plan in the area. It it 720 sq feet with patio and storage area. We could not be happier. I just moved in July and all I can say is that I've been impressed from my initial visit to the property. We made it clear we werent going to be renting long as we were just simply putting our house on the market and looking for another. The leasing agent, Melissa, was amazing! She made the process seemless and they were very proactive in providing any info I needed. Even at move in, I had a maintenance issues and they were right on top of it!

They try to keep the grounds clean, safe & beautiful. I have lived here since 2010 & I don't want to move. Five stars.
