Don't believe anything on the website
This place has been ignored and neglected for years! There are none of the things listed there, the pictures are all photoshopped. There's no community center, that building on the water burned down two years ago and the lake is still full of the debris from it, the bridges are falling apart as is the rest of the infrastructure. A/C's don't work and there's always sewer back ups, The pools haven't been opened in years, there is zero security despite the frequent car thefts and break ins, people... being attacked in breezeways, people who don't live here take advantage of the lack of lighting and security and park their cars here to do drugs and have sex in them, there is no playground, no amenities, nothing. Except for rent that gets higher every year.

Look elsewhere
The apartments are just not worth the price. The office staff never answers the phone. Maintenance just sucks all the way. They are the same price as all the new affordable apartments and they are such bad quality. Almost the whole complex air is out and all they wanna do is install windows units instead of helping save on your energy bill and fix the central air. The property manager is lazy and she makes a whole lot of promises when signing the lease than you never here from or see her again.... My apartment was never finished when I moved in but it was small things that could wait besides the air not working that needed to be done asap. Took 2 months and a whole lot of calling and maintenance request for them to finally come out and they still haven’t fixed majority of my issues. They need to just redo the whole complex because it’s just bad and fire all the staff and hire new people that actually care about your living conditions!
