When I moved into this development I was supposed to move into apartment 1112 no one reached out to me and told me that that apartment was not going to be ready until the day before moving I was also told either take it or I'll tell your application up I had no choice but to take it because it was a day away from my expiration where I was living I thought the person by the name of Russell was very rude very disrespectful the girl who took care of me in the office she lied about the amenities... that should be paid check and make sure that they give you the information you need if you specifically asked for how much the other amenities cost and they only tell you four but I have to move in you see a list of about 10 or 15 that's unacceptable dot your eyes and cross your teeth and another thing the marijuana smoke in this development is overwhelming and there's nothing the people in the office can do about it you literally have to call the police

We take concerns about communication and professionalism seriously and will be addressing this internally.
Regarding odors within the community, we enforce our policies to the extent permitted and encourage residents to report concerns to the office so they can be documented and reviewed. In certain situations, residents may also choose to contact local authorities. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and invite you to contact the office directly if you would like to discuss your concerns further.

Beautiful property
This property is stunning. They did some upgrades in the fitness center and club house area. My favorite amenity would definitely be the fitness center!!

Great experience until I transferred to a larger unit & have inconsiderate neighbors living above me. Loud, rude and management has done nothing to try and resolve this issue.

Living at Cambridge is a breath of fresh air. The responsiveness alone is exceptional. You’ll make a maintenance request and in no time your issue is fixed. The staff in the office are always knowledgeable and ready to assist you with basically everything. The management team is very thoughtful and I love how we will get random treats. I would recommend this apartment.
