Roaches for almost a year
Very nice staff but the roaches are unbearable. I’ve had roaches for 8 months now and the mgmt can’t seem to fix the problem.

ROACHES!!!
Everyone in my building and the two buildings next to me had serious roach problems. Office was not responsive.

Average at Best
This apartment is solidly average. I've been here for a month and while the maintenance staff has responded quickly to every issue we've had (particularly when something in our door jammed so I was locked inside), I have heard from other residents horrifying stories of pipes bursting and mildew building up that were not taken care of in any kind of hurry, and the staff being less than accommodating. However, my experience thus far has been pretty good. The rent is reasonable, the location is... decently safe, and I would consider living here if you're on a budget.
