The Velthuis is built to National Building Code but not extra emphasis on acoustics. The walls are 2x6 with double Sheetrock which allows immense noise issues. I had to sleep with ear plugs every night. A/C units create intense heat in basement and effects 1st floor cooling. Portable A/C unit given by property management to alleviate issue. Pool PH has been higher than normal periodically throughout 18 month lease. The room layouts are great. Community WiFi in building 1 (5120) if fails also... effects garage door and elevator operation. If considering the Velthuis would recommend third floor nothing on 1st or 2nd floor. I confirmed with several tenants same issue, noise. The Velthuis is average at best in SiouxxFalls.

RPM IS NOT BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU CONFIRMED
Girl don't. Overpriced, difficult to contact, and so on. Look at my Google review. The biggest being that the walls will not stop any noise. Your neighbors will be complaining about regular noise. I hope with previous tenants Xcel won't try to charge $200 a month BUT I had to fight for the actual charge. If I have one piece of advice, STAY AWAY FROM RPM.
