Unsafe Building
Very disappointed with this property. For 5k a month in rent the property does not provide adequate security. Anyone with a credit card can tour the building without a staff member present. Transient people sleep in the garage stairwells. They have been trying to keep residents of the St. Francis house from renting there but that is the demographic applying per the leasing agent. With increasing issues downtown per the Sioux Falls Business News latest article this property is not stepping up to... the plate of keeping downtown safe. Would not recommend the property or working with Anne Haber.
