My mother lives here in 1bdrm. She always rented 3bdrms because she needs a lot of space. I searched for this place for her and convinced her to come tour it with me. She's been here a few years now and LOVES it. She has plenty of room, even a sewing and crafts area in the downstairs part. She loves the pool, the dog park, and she doesn't drive so being close to shopping was huge for her. Great neighborhood, highly reccommend!! She also speaks very highly of the new manager there, Amie.

Mis. Amie is one of the best property managers here in Prairies townhomes. I say that because it was an infraction here in my apartment and she made me comfortable in that knowing that everything was gonna be fine and I appreciate that.
