The apartment that I'm living in is spacious and I love the setup and the design of the floor plan. It's quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this place to live in cause you can't beat the price with the beauty it offers and the safe surroundings

There are great things about Meadow Ridge like the amount of storage space and closets. However, there are down sides like tenants using handicap spaces like regular parking spots and tenants not respecting the no smoking rule. The manager also doesn't have regular office hours. It says that right in the lease.

I’ve lived here for 10+ years and have had few problems. When I do have a problem, the manager is quick to respond and make sure things get fixed.

This property is clean, prestigious and extremely well managed! I'm just getting ready to get into my 2nd year and will never move again! Jason is a very accommodating manager and he always has a smile! Highly recommend!!

I have lived here for almost 4 years. I had a 2 bedroom with a roommate, and then moved to a 1 bedroom. I also have a garage. I do wish the garages had a few shelves built in them to put things up off the floor as I am a short girl and not skilled that way. Mine is more used for storage as I don’t have shelves in this one.
I have a a few managers during my time here. The female manager was amazing. She answered promptly and cared about you as a person. If ever you had an issue or off work... for health she cared. She even let you know if rent needed to be split of any questions she would discuss with owner. The current manager is younger. Does not answer or acknowledge that you sent him something. Which can be more frustrating. Sending multiple messages asking if he received something such as a need for an appliance is broken when before you had an answer almost immediately when someone would be there. It maybe his first gig at management. Once I did tell him it would be nice for an answer or acknowledgement it is better..
The apartment is great! The build is great. I hardly ever hear my neighbors, the occasional vacumn. Some walls are paper thin, but these make you feel like home!
