we've only just moved in recently, but i already love this place. it's not too far away from main area Sioux Falls, and the unit itself is gorgeous and comfortable! There's so much space in such a small area, lots of storage places like closets, shelves, cabinets, and drawers. It feels warm. My only complaint is exactly where, because we hear a lot of traffic sounds, but otherwise this is perfect.

The place is one of the more affordable place in town with square footage ratio. Queit and relaxed place. High ceilings and wide hallways for moving. Not too many buildings and only 2 floors so it easier for moving. A few down sides like I wish management would notify tentants when there is a management change so i know who is in charge and who my rent is going to. I love living at meadow ridge- it’s quiet, the apartment itself is big and nicely renovated, management is really helpful, maintenance is always done quickly, and rent is very reasonable. I have not had any complaints about anything living here. I cannot recommend these apartments enough!

I have lived here for almost 6 years and this has been such a great experience. It’s a quiet area and everyone is nice. Maintenance is always taken care of.

It is a decent place to live and the cost is very reasonable for the area. The new management is getting better and response pretty quickly. Maintenance is great and gets things done the same day. They are quite easy to work with.
The only issue I have are that the smokers are not considerate of others. They smoke right outside their patio doors so I can never keep my windows open or sit out on my patio to get any fresh air. The one is always opening and closing their door to go out and smoke... and that gets very annoying. The hallways fill with the awful smell during severe weather and other times depending on where they are smoking. There should be designated smoking areas away from the apartment buildings, as I have seen one gentleman doing. Thank you to him for doing that.
