I have been a resident here for 5 years. German roaches, no secure spot for packages and they will certainly be stolen within half an hour of delivery. Office doesn't accept packages and will just tell you to get a P.O. box. People shouting and throwing things at cars in the middle of the night. Office told me they require cats to be declawed which is a procedure that I believe is animal cruelty and should be illegal. Nothing is wheelchair accessible. I'm happy to be moving out soon.

Great place to live it was clean and the management staff and Maintenance staff were all awesome and friendly got the job done thank you so much I loved my home.

Decent and cheap
The apartments are called bridgewood estates. They have in building washers and dryers, offer a free gym membership, have 2 outdoor pools, and offer an awesome gift when you sign a lease. You have a choice between a 60" flats crew smart TV, a MacBook air, a free months rent, or a camera. The buildings are a bit old I think built in the 70's but the maintenance staff is top notch everything is repaired well and very quickly. All the appliances are new and the apartments have been renovated and... look nice. A busy location the noise can be a bit much sometimes but pretty convenient. The rent is cheap and all utilities included even cable. The only one you have to pay for is electricity plus the free cable makes internet affordable with bundling options. The units are a bit warm in the summer they only have one window unit located in the living room so the bedrooms are pretty hot.

A PRAYER THAT WAS ANSWERED
I had always prayed for a big screen TV, So I was staying in some apartments, not know that they was affiliated with the apartments that I am in now. So I wanted to be transferred in some of their other apartments cause I liked how they kept up on the maintenance, well not knowing that I was wanting to move in the apartments that I am in now, They also had a move in special. Which was a 60 inch TV with free cable. GOD is so good. They don't realize that they are the ones that answered my prayers... through GOD. That's my story. Oh yeah and we have a pool.I would love to rent free for life, then that would allow me to be able to keep foster children and to help them with a roof over their head as well I am a use to be foster mother but the landlord sold the house from under me and I lost my foster children

Bridgewood Estates
The staff is the best part about this complex. From the Apartment Manager to the maintenance/grounds employee, they are phenomenal. The location makes getting in and out of the complex a little difficult, but you get accustomed to that. The main entrances tend to get stuck open, compromising the security of the residents. This is concerning, but also really great when you forget your keys in your apartment.
