This was my first apartment in Sioux Falls as I moved from out of state. Overall, I had a pretty good experience with Autumn Park. I didn't really have many maintenance issues but when I did, they were quick to take care of it.
The office staff were pretty nice.
Some neighbors were kind of loud, but unfortunately that's just part of apartment living.
The units and building are a little outdated, but were in good shape.
It would have been nice to see more regular cleaning of the hallways... and stuff.
Overall, I had a good experience. I was there for 2 1/2 years but moved due to the rent increasing to where I felt they were charging more than it was worth.

NOT THE PLACE TO LIVE IN SIOUX FALLS
Terrible community. Sketchy residents and people around the premises daily, making it an uncomtorable neighborhood. Terrible pets and pet owners. Cheap and outdated appliances, despite modern day rates. Cheap and outdated swimming pool. Would never recommend anyone to sign a lease with autumn park apartments.

Cheap, Poorly Managed.
I never saw the same person from management twice. there was always somebody new in the office EVERY time i went in there. These apartments are outdated and cheap. There was once a young girl who clearly did not live in the building pounding on my neighbors door for hours. The pool is tiny and always crowded. There’s always people walking around the property at night police were often around and the doors to the building that are supposed to be locked were always getting propped open with rocks....
