I was hesitant at first to check out Aspen Commons because of the negative review almost a year ago. But I talked with the new property manager, Alexis, and she explained all the new changes that have been implemented since she started. Weekly cleaners that come by to clean all building entrances, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and clubhouse. Carpet cleanings in all buildings every 6 months to keep up with traffic and the weather. Additional garbage enclosure and garbage picked up every day... except Sunday. Three more dog stations around the property for convenience. And Alexis is hosting resident events to bring the community together. I feel confident now the previous issues are resolved.

I would not recommend!!
I would not recommend this property to anybody! Very poorly managed and not cared for at all! I was lied to from the beginning and told that I was put on a list and would have a garage by winter! Eight months later and winter is almost over, still no garage! Building is frequently not clean and foul odors are commonly present! Dog waste not picked up like it is supposed to be! Suppose to be smoke-free property, yet people are constantly seen smoking on the property and balconies. Secured doors... are frequently found blocked open by tenants in the middle of the night! Units are very drafty. Had frost forming on heat/air unit and windows during the cold spell we had this winter! By the way, they forget to inform you that you will be charged for all utilities with a prorated monthly fee that is tacked on to your rent! Plus charge you $4.95 to do this! This is in addition to the electric!
