This works for me
The incredible view over downtown as the sun rises and sets, where the rain clouds come together and pour in the valley. A strong, well built complex that challenges surrounding condemned homes with out so much as a crack. Moved from out of state but feel welcome, and heard. Law enforcement is present but it always seems calm and well handled. I feel my possessions and I are safe. A dozen maintenence requests have been taken care of quickly. Pest control has come on a routine as requested.
I am... however not happy with the state of public areas. Professional carpet cleaners always getting apartments ready but they obviously are not asked to do the halls. Not sure how long that stains been there.. The sidewalks are covered with pea gravel, heavy winds wipe garbage everywhere if not intentionally thrown there after a late night. There are young families and elderly tenants that deserve the forward progression ive seen, so 4 stars!

The Place at Estes Park is a fantastic community with a great location, well-kept apartments. Highly recommend!
