Large two bedroom house with a garage and fenced in back yard. The living room is a good size, which leads into the kitchen. The kitchen is very large with enough space for a dinning room table. The kitchen has two closest that will work great for additional kitchen storage. Both bedrooms are large and have large closest. The bathroom has a tub shower combination. The basement has an additional full bathroom. The laundry room is large with the space for lots of storage. There are an additional two rooms in the basement, THESE ARE NOT BEDROOMS they are just for storage. There is a large fenced in back yard, with a decent amount of trees that creates some nice shade during the heat of the day. Stove, fridge, washer and dryer furnished. Pets are allowed with a $500 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on. Fill out a rental application. $30 application fee. 5. Wait for application status (Approved or Denied) 6. Sign a Lease 7. Pay Deposit, until deposit is paid the unit is NOT secured to be yours 8. Pay rent, prove any applicable utilities are in your name, get keys, pay pet deposit if applicable, sign a paper in our office stating lease was signed online. 9. HAPPY MOVING
