Next is the large kitchen with a lot of cabinet space. The kitchen leads to a large dining room. The dining room is larger than the living room, so if you have a big couch this space might make more sense as your living room and vise versa. Both bedrooms are upstairs, they are a good size with nice sized closets. There is also a full bathroom upstairs. The backyard is very large. There is a driveway on the south side of the property. Tenant pays all utilities. Pet deposit is $750 with $25 pet rent per animal Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on.
